He's also suspended half the time.Maybe we need to take a punt here and there.
TPJ with the right mentors might be good.
With HE gone, we need more depth up front. Whilst keeping room under the cap for a 7 and another outside back of some sort
Hope not. We need young players who are coming into their prime, not players at the end of their careers. As the Bromwiches have shown, IMO.Corey Oates? for a wing spot?
Bostock is set to be the next Corey Oats. The only thing Oats has is that he's big and fast. Bostock is faster and by the looks of it, might well be bigger next year or the year after. I think he can pass as well.Corey Oates? for a wing spot?
Aitken is on the outer as well. I thought he'd be worth keeping around for his ability to pay in the backrow.Ultimate journeyman abruptly leaves Dolphins for ESL
The Dolphins have released Brenko Lee effective immediately with the former Maroons player set to sign a deal in the Super League. Lee had a rollercoaster NRL career, playing for six clubs in nine seasons that produced 88 first-grade games from stints at the Raiders, Bulldogs, Titans, Storm, Broncos and Dolphins.
The 27-year-old was contracted until the end of next season at the Dolphins but will reportedly now chase a deal overseas, with Catalans and Leeds reportedly interested.
Need to cut some more dead wood as well. His cousin Edrick. The Bromwich brothers.
Apparently move to leigh. Not sure how that works. Leigh 5/8 is Lachlan lam who is their standout player and his dad is the coach. Seems a shit transfer moving to Manchester to sit in the rain warming the bench for a year.Milf on the way to the ESL. At least, trying to secure a contract. Cleaning out inconsistent, lazy players is good but who is going to play 5/8 next year? Surely not Niko again!
Still no word on Milf leaving. Maybe he is going to stick around for another year.Apparently move to leigh. Not sure how that works. Leigh 5/8 is Lachlan lam who is their standout player and his dad is the coach. Seems a shit transfer moving to Manchester to sit in the rain warming the bench for a year.
Might aswell suck it up and play q cup
And given we were so far under the cap this yearI'm just wondering, given the fact the following are gone or rumoured to be "looking around"
And we only have the following coming:
- JJ Collins
- Poasa Faamausili
- Herman Ese'ese
- Oliver Gildart
- Brenko Lee
- Euan Aitken
- Anthony Milford
Anyone have any idea who else is going to get recruited or which juniors are going to be promoted?
- Herbie Farnworth
- Tom Flegler
- Jake Averillo
Problem is, what big name players are available? Is Wayne going to offer 1mil a year for Jerome Luai? I guess that would work but is slightly overs. Probably worth about 800k. Won't be available until 2025 anyway. I wonder if our ESL insider, midlands hobo can recommend anyone over there. Why not George Williams? I can only guess Wayne has Katoa penciled in as the long-term halfback. Surely he can't be thinking about SoS as the long-term halfback. And given we were so far under the cap this year
