Could barely imagine Newcastle giving Canberra a belting and could never imagine Gold Coast beating Cowboys. Broncos might be the only QLD team to feature in the finals.

They will only lose one of the two at worst. Maybe that will be ok for them. They have so much salary cap tied up in the forwards.

It'll take a massive upset for Penrith not to win the competition again this year. Remembering both sides had some big guns out last night.

On the flip side, how overrated is Pezet? There have been huge wraps on him for a while. Another one of those who excel in the lower grades but can't make it in the NRL. He might go ok as a 5/8 but I very much doubt he'll make it as a halfback.

Jayden Campbell is something special.

He's one of those players who every time he gets the ball you think he's going all the way. He looks too scrawny to play this level but seems as though as old boots.

Reece Walsh may not be the natural fullback at origin level in the future.

There's a good interview him the other day on Face to Face on Fox - he has played all his footy over here and is very much a Qld fan which is great. Seems like a good down to earth kid too.
