Just on the Dolphins. Did you honestly think a startup club was going to fill a 30 man roster out of its own junior system, with little time to build that roster? That’s just dumb.

We had to go get players from everywhere.

It isn’t wrong to do that. But don’t preach about the Bulldogs pathways. It hardly exists.

And if you want to talk about what makes Canterbury successful. It has nothing to do with Gus. It has everything to do with a leagues club that pays a grant to the football club every year. And do you k ow where they get that money from? Money sucking pokers machines and pray on a low socioeconomic area.

Please dude, stop singing from the bulldogs hymn sheet. It’s not a good look.

Pathways can take up to 10 years for players to flow through from the system even if you've had juniors previously they're contracted to other clubs.

Actually quite a lot of Canterbury Juniors are now in the NRL squad and other NRL teams including Jake Averillo.

What has been lacking at Dolphins so far this year and it was evident in the Titans trial as well been energy, fitness, effort plays, line speed, ruck speed and been very slow in their attacking sets. The game is much faster these days and requires higher levels of fitness, line speed and the like to be effective.

Newcastle and Souths weren't that special it's just that the Dolphins weren't interested and this is a major concern.

Watch Terrell May this Saturday with the amount of work, energy and go forward he provides.

Bulldogs beat St George, with their superstar 5/8, and Gold Coast who just won't tackle. Who gives a F*+K? Bulldogs aren't even close to the top teams despite outbidding every other club for several players.

Frank Molo has been released by the Dragons. I think he'd be a decent short term replacement for Flegler if he wasn't asking for too much money. Something like 400k for this season and next sounds reasonable.

The Dolphins have emerged as the frontrunners in the race to sign ex-Dragons prop Francis Molo.
Molo is free to join another club after being granted a release from St George Illawarra.
A return to Queensland is on the cards with the Dolphins the likely destination though a host of Sydney clubs also remain in the mix

wonder where his brother goes
His brother will go to the ESL or retire. I hope Woolf can help Frank find another gear or he isn't the answer to our front row problems. But still better than Nicholls at this stage of their respective careers.

Molo is not a good player.

This is a poor signing. It’s like Kerr.

I get he might be a stop gap. But he is a dragons reject. And they are bottom of the barrel forwards wise

He has the occasional good game in him. Woolf might be able to get him playing more consistently. Otherwise I agree with you. Any chance of getting either of the Couchman brothers from St. George?

Couchman's may develop into good players. They both need to fill out though. Lots of potential there, I wouldn't be paying for potential.

Molo will be another Kerr. When the side tipped for the spoon are dying to get rid of someone, and we sign him, its not a good sign.

Matt loves looking at other teams forums. He should go look at the Dragons and see what they think of Molo leaving. They be cheering, despite not having a starting prop to speak of.

I have to say. Whilst we have got a few good players in. Overall, I think we could be targeting better players.

Id like to see a higher standard of player coming in.

I know that sounds negative. Apologies. I just want us to be great.

I think Dolphins have so much salary cap space. Even front loading contracts, I think we still have room.
Is he going to dig up the swimmingpool and bring it with him?
What does that mean?

Didn't he spend the advance on his contract on a swimming pool? Hence the difficultly getting out of the contract as they wanted the $$ back
