He managed the entire game so well. Didn't have multiple line breaks, try assists and etc but showed why he would combine well with Hunt, IMO. Hunt does the the things well that Katoa doesn't and vice-versa.

On another note, early tip for the spoon. Your old team. They paid big money for a 30 year-old Parra castaway. It's laughable!

Good luck to them avoiding the spoon. We are happy with Hammer until Fuller is back around the Origin period. Not bad timing.

Agreed. The dragons are a basket case. Gutho the most overrated player on the planet.

I bet Mr C rates him

Gutho takes 2 hit ups every set like Paul Gallen used to do. Makes his stats look good but...... if he was playing for the Dolphins I'd lose my mind, in a bad way.

Jack De Belin is their best player by a mile. Gutherson is rubbish. That's why the Eels were so desperate to get rid of him.

I don't care about St George but it's interesting how quiet the Dolphins have been in the player market. Wolff must be very happy with the squad he has.
 
well for two top players to leave theres obviously something going on does not take much to work out , if you knew what happened at sharks bar the drugs you will know whats happening now

for two top players to leave and hunt been leaving year early theres definitely more than meets the eye


the drags will fold the way they going behind the scenes i am suprised nrl not taken over the club on latest things i heard


especailly when it ivoles a family member of coach that isnt his nrl son

and mr bird your mates at dragons wont help you get that info player mangers no whats going on trust me just as bad as tigers dealing


two players dont leave n get replaced by over priced replacements for nothing get smart n do some looking into it

He must be happy. And he may also be of the opinion to only sign players that improve the squad.

St George seem to be throwing darts at a board and taking what sticks.

Val is still a very good player. Cowboys didn't want him to go but have serious salary cap issues. JT is playing at a level 1/3 or 1/4 what he is being paid for another 2 or 3 years. As for Gutherson, glad the Dolphins didn't want him.

I'd bet Hunt is going to be announced in the next couple of weeks. Remaining spots filled with young players or depth signings.

It's still interesting now we know Hunt won't be coming. 3 teams are very quiet on the recruitment and retention front: Penrith, Melbourne and Dolphins.

Could find the money if they wanted him that bad. At least the Dolphins have. No million $ marquee players at all. Hammer is probably the highest paid and he's supposedly on about 800k.
