Don't know but as far as I understand, he was very young and not close to one of the best centres at the time.Hodges?

Sailor did as well. He actually told everyone he was staying, then surprised them all when he went.Hodges?
cracks n smithy were dropped because ageWayne Bennett dropped Justin Hodges but kept Wendell Sailor who was also leaving. It was double standards Bennett backed Sailor didn't back Hodges.
Chris Anderson dropped Darren Smith and Jarrod McCracken. Smith was still playing good football and professional that decision wasn't the best even though Canterbury made the GF. The McCracken one had to be done and Canterbury went on a massive winning rampage afterwards and he didn't endear himself a week earlier boycotting Terry Lamb's on field presentation at Belmore SG. Anderson would retain other defectors who displayed a professional enough attitude, respect to towards captain Lamb and the rest of the players.
Coaches only make decisions if they feel a player can win and lose them the game. The main reason Galvin dropped this weekend is he wouldn't have put in the effort especially against his new club. V'Landys likes to talk tough and big but at the end of it all he's weak as anything when it comes to Gould, Broncos and Player Managers they're all a law to themselves and has found ways to botch TV deals despite the NRL's boom popularity on TV.Sailor did as well. Maybe because he knew he would be dropped if he said anything
It was a different era then. I think the whole Israel Folau situation with the Origin team signaled changed views on the issue. I don't like it and think the Tigers are doing the right thing with Galvin. Why should they put time and resources into a player who won't be there soon? A young player who it seems to me insulted the club and teammates.Coaches only make decisions if they feel a player can win and lose them the game. Can we stop with the V'Landy's weak as piss too please mate.Coaches only make decisions if they feel a player can win and lose them the game. Gould's passive-aggressive pursuit of Galvin I think shows more than anything else, the rumours about him breaking the rules to try and poach Katoa were always total BS.I mean think about it very carefully.
Whilst, I don't think Gould should be able to do what he does. Why would you stop him?
He creates headlines.
Keeps NRL on the back page.
Gets people talking about the game.
Personally, I think he is a dumb ass. Just my opinion, does he know rugby league, totally, do I think I could have a philosophical debate with him on wider reaching topics, no fucking way. Do I think he is a great business mind, hell no.
In business and marketing, bad publicity, isn't always bad. And in Gould's case, he creates intrigue and keeps the product front of mind. So why would V'Landys stop him?
Gould is the Donald Trump of the NRLGould's passive-aggressive pursuit of Galvin I think shows more than anything else, the rumours about him breaking the rules to try and poach Katoa were always total BS.
That I 200% agree withGould is the Donald Trump of the NRL
At least two clubs showed some interest and Gus has tried so hard to sign Hunt on a couple of occasions and has expressed some interest in DCE.Gould's passive-aggressive pursuit of Galvin I think shows more than anything else, the rumours about him breaking the rules to try and poach Katoa were always total BS.
I agree if you are saying it in a negative way.Gould is the Donald Trump of the NRL
No clubs showed interest in him to the stage of making an offer. And anything less than that is nothing or everything depending on how one interprets it. You obviously think it's everything. The club and Katoa himself seem to think it's nothing. At least two clubs showed some interest and Gus has tried so hard to sign Hunt on a couple of occasions and has expressed some interest in DCE.
I'm glad the whole Katoa thing is sorted the Dolphins need that one NRL club marquee player. His game on Friday night was at another level to the other 33 players on the field.
SorryEqualiser a report in the Sydney press today that his school teacher coach who's now an assistant to the Bulldogs NRL side is the main person behind the Galvin recruit that's good old Gus deflecting in the media. Every decision at Bulldogs and at Roosters is made solely by one person.
That's good to hearNo clubs showed interest in him to the stage of making an offer. And anything less than that is nothing or everything depending on how one interprets it. You obviously think it's everything. The club and Katoa himself seem to think it's nothing.
Both are showmans, both have massive egos, both never admit to mistakes, both love power, both live for power, neither are satisfied unless they make more (or sign more in Gould's case too), both never rest barely sleep according to all reports and both are Twitter crazy when bored. The only difference is that Trump doesn't beat around the bush whether you agree or not whereas what Gould says and does are two different things.I agree if you are saying it in a negative way.
Two main clubs for what? This unfounded Katoa rumour has become your obsession. That and the so-called "Bennett curse".That's good to hearEqualiser
I heard Woolf on Triple M last week and Katoa shut down the rumours quick smart. Katoa is the Dolphins main man.
I do think the main two clubs were Manly and Penrith. Manly have been throwing so many darts to find the replacement for bungling DCE.
No club can make an offer but we all know it's a rort with Galvin as Parramatta have obviously thrown something at him.
It generated headlines and air time it all started in the SMH a publication I don’t read. SEN ran with it about possible clubs. The good thing is that Katoa shut it down early. You’re the one who keeps talking about it I just reply. Two main clubs for what? This unfounded Katoa rumour has become your obsession. That and the so-called "Bennett curse".
