Niko has a contract for next year and in the second or 3rd last round last year, Averillo had his best game for the Dolphins.then realistic 6 options are light unless look off sure

Sexton is garbage. No, no, no. Bulldogs can keep him.
My view is that Eels have basically offered Brown like money and terms to Galvin in a very illegal fashion as he can’t talk to other clubs until November. Here is the thing about Galvin to the Bulldogs, and getting rid of Sexton.
Galvin isn’t a 7. Burton isn’t a 7. But to get Galvin in they are shopping their only senior 7 to have 2 5/8ths. One of which is actually a centre.
Whilst the Bulldogs are first, for the life of me, they will do a lot of juggling and be close to a cap double the size of any club, and still be without a 7.
I’d suggest whoever is making the decisions over there is extremely confused with all the money and pub shares they are spending. Because they will be no closer to the 7 they are missing and spending a lot to do so.
But then the argument is they are first, they are going well. However, it’s my opinion they are over the cap, and dodging it (that’s opinion not fact), and when you’re doing that it’s hard not to be first.
Do locks get paid over $1mil a year? Or will he be getting pub shares. My view is that Eels have basically offered Brown like money and terms to Galvin in a very illegal fashion as he can’t talk to other clubs until November.
Gus Gould however is a very biased Galvin fan and is always in the market for players whether we need them or not it’s how he operates. I suspect Gus sees him as a lock to replace Mann who likely retires end of 2026 he’s 33 next year.
I rate Sexton for some reason he’s not re signed yet so I have suspicions. Roosters still not over the line for DCE and both Gould & James Graham have questioned them chasing him which makes me suspect they have DCE in the frame.
With Dolphins they have O’Sullivan all but out the door end of this season, Nikorima nearing the end next year likely his last and only Katoa in the halves with Donoghue and Averillo as secondary options to their primary roles. They do need to look at options moving forward and all to play alongside Katoa.
I feel like I'm in the minority for backing Wests Tigers, Benji and Luai in all of this.On the Galvin situation. I think Moses and his father are fucking disgraces for putting him in this situation. I think Lachlan is out of line with how he left parra and now wants out of the tigers. I think Gould and Anasta are both disagraces in the way they use to media for self gain, rather then having a sort of journalistic integrity.
I also think the nrl are fucking shit for allowing these people to have nrl club roles and media jobs s at the same time, as well as a contract systems that is so amateurish, that they should be ashamed that they call this game professional.
The only loser here is the fans. And it’s wrong.
I agree with you on this.I feel like I'm in the minority for backing Wests Tigers, Benji and Luai in all of this.
What has Galvin proved by 3-4 good games? Katoa and Strange have done way more and no one talks about Strange.
Yes I agree. I lean that way too. I think dropping him was the right call.I feel like I'm in the minority for backing Wests Tigers, Benji and Luai in all of this.

If you are going to spew what James Graham et al says on the ByeRound at least have the decency to reference it instead of trying to pass it off as your own.Gus Gould however is a very biased Galvin fan and is always in the market for players whether we need them or not it’s how he operates. I find a lots of Matts comments insightful but the way so many of his commrnts get back to Gus Gould like he's some kind of RL messiah....... I can't agree with.If you are going to spew what James Graham et al says on the ByeRound at least have the decency to reference it instead of trying to pass it off as your own.
What's your point? I think Benji was spot on. And he's got the support of some serious big names in Luai, Korasau and others.it actually cracks me up, players can bully a player ( but few months before backed same player ) and laui came out and said he wont mind second fiddle but the Instagram posts in n his team mate put up wuld suggest benji n club have no control over nothing better getting him out than been at a shit cultured club
this here also sums up benji

I do believe Galvin is a talent thougb
They left for more money as Penrith offered him no where near the postcode to what Wests offered Turvua and both Bulldogs and Wests offered Luai.well think about it why benji and club gone so quiet after hes said he was gone but yet club wanted to work with him to put a deal together
but wont address the situation with player manger n benji n club but know they have issues and players wanting him in cup side
but let senior players give him shit in posts something really dont add up
club keeping stuff very quiet again\
especailly when
tigers captain left his club for more money the winger left his club for more money.
Wayne Bennett dropped Justin Hodges but kept Wendell Sailor who was also leaving. It was double standards Bennett backed Sailor didn't back Hodges. What's your point? I think Benji was spot on. And he's got the support of some serious big names in Luai, Korasau and others.
I respect we can disagree and I've said I'm always happy to have a meal or coffee with you and any Dolphins fan bar 2.I find a lots of Matts comments insightful but the way so many of his commrnts get back to Gus Gould like he's some kind of RL messiah....... I can't agree with.
Sailor had been playing for the Broncos for a long time. Was going to Rugby, not a rival club and was going for the money. Completely different situation from Galvin.Wayne Bennett dropped Justin Hodges but kept Wendell Sailor who was also leaving. It was double standards Bennett backed Sailor didn't back Hodges.
Chris Anderson dropped Darren Smith and Jarrod McCracken. Smith was still playing good football and professional that decision wasn't the best even though Canterbury made the GF. The McCracken one had to be done and Canterbury went on a massive winning rampage afterwards and he didn't endear himself a week earlier boycotting Terry Lamb's on field presentation at Belmore SG. Anderson would retain other defectors who displayed a professional enough attitude, respect to towards captain Lamb and the rest of the players.
