I also trust the coach. He's earned himself the benefit of any doubt. But if it were me, I'd definitely go with Averillo at 5/8.
The team list is going to be interesting tomorrow. Harrison Graham might end up playing lock.

I've read the comments on all the various Dolphins pages wow there's like only five fans who don't think Averillo should be 5/8 this round, two of those said it should be Donoghoe from 13 to 6 (he should be 13) and one said Fuller be a better option. Fuller would be better than what is there now Averillo is the best options he's wasted on the wing.

I've never seen such a united push back from Dolphins fans when it comes to team selection even in this page it's just one who agrees with the 5/8 selection this weekend.

Well done to nearly all Dolphins fans who are now finding their voice and all other NRL clubs have this Titans excluded as Clarkey is their only fan. Anyone who invests financially into the Dolphins either through membership, official NRL merchandise, game day tickets or spending at the Leagues Club is an investor into the club and entitled to opinions yes I have a membership of Dolphins NRL & Redcliffe Leagues.

What worries me is Cowboys will send Deardon, Drinkwater and Nanai all night down the Dolphins left edge and they're many levels above Hynes who feasted on the Dolphins left side. I hope tomorrow it changes to Averillo at 6 with Naufahu who made a very strong debut back onto the wing.

God you talk some shit, worry about your own team. Woolf picks the team as he is the coach whatever he does is fine with me . We are in the middle of an unprecedented injury crisis, you are just using this to create controversy because you know best allegedly. You’ve never put a pair of boots on but now you think you know more than Woolf . You love nothing more than slagging this club off, you’re a parasite . I’m in Sydney for the Manly game and would happily catch up with you.

I didn't think Hynes feasted on anything. How many try or line break assists did he have? That's what one wants from a halfback. That was against almost our second string pack. But I personally would have gone with Averillo 5/8 but have to trust Woolf has a plan.

So read all the comments on the Dolphins NRL socials I’ve never seen such unity in push back on a selection matter it’s just you, GC & surprisingly one other. You know fans are often the best judges on their own sides. Again you can keep the attacks coming I’m just pointing it out.

They found a spot player on the line & Herbie didn’t have as much confidence. Nanai has a lot of weak points in his game he is one of the best as bullying a weaker opponent on the edges.

Don’t do socials as I’m not a 14 year old , you’re the one who attacks our team , I just enjoy proving you wrong. Because you’re a prick

They way 2 257Matt seems so happy after every time we lose is annoying but should also give credit where due. To be fair. I'd have also gone with Naufahu or Fuller and Averillo 5/8. But I can't speak badly of Woolf until we see how the game plays out. I hope SOS has a blinder and we end up eating crow.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing when coaching.

Whilst team selections and coaching are very easy after the game. I'm happy to go with what Woolf does.

Reason being, I can see that the players have responded to him, and in the midst of an injury crisis, seeing close to a full first grade squad out, we are putting up good efforts against sides higher then us. We score a heap of points, and don't get lazy in defense, even though the weight of injures mean we aren't getting the 2 points.

There are teams higher then us, that find it hard to score, aren't creative, cant beat top 8 sides or leak points. Thats not directed at any one side, its just that I am confident once we get some luck in the medical department.

People might suggest Woolf has made a wrong call here and there. Fact of the matter is, with all the bad luck surrounding injuries, it wouldn't matter who he put in, we are just missing too many.
