JMK and Kodi are already under contract for next year. They are free to talk to rival clubs from November if we don't re-sign them. There are only 30 players in the squad so having 23 already means the squad for next year is almost settled.

Good. Halfback, hooker and fullback settled for the next several years. With none of them on the huge money the best in their positions are paid. Puts us in a strong position in regard to recruitment and retention for a while. I'd like them to re-sign Aitken as well.

I did hear that an offer was on the table (a two year deal) but he had interest from four other clubs. That could be just fb bullshit though. I'm confident that he will remain.
