Keeley has to put on some weight before becoming a full-time prop. Fischer Harris is 103kg according to his profile. Why do you think Penrith would like about that? Also Keeley's bigger than Cotter already.

I'm not saying he is going to be prop next year. Just saying it's a possibility and Wolff clearly has someone in mind as he's not interested in Saifiti, RCG or Utoikamanu.
