Last week’s Dolphins team:

1. Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow 2. Jamayne Isaako 3. Jake Averillo 4. Herbie Farnworth 5. Junior Tupou 6. Kodi Nikorima 7. Isaiya Katoa 8. Daniel Saifiti 9. Jeremy Marshall-King 10. Felise Kaufusi 11. Oryn Keeley 12. Max Plath 13. Tom Gilbert 14. Kurt Donoghoe 15. Josh Kerr 16. Mark Nicholls 17. Ray Stone

Team Tips: They’ve been disappointing to start the season it must be said but they get a couple of key players back. Kulikefu Finefeuaki is set to return after missing one game (concussion), as will reigning Dally M Rookie of the Year Jack Bostock, who missed the first two weeks with a knee injury. Bostock will replace Junior Tupou on the left wing.

What a time to play Wests Tigers when they'll be full of confidence.

Having seen the Tigers finally get it going last week I have to say this could be a spanking by them.

Their confidence is going to be sky-high as opposed to ours. But I can't believe Woolf hasn't made any changes.

Finefeuiaki and Bostock will come in but I can't believe he is still going with Kurt D on the bench. If Finefeuiaki replaces Keeley..... I give up on Woolf. He needs to come in for Plath who needs to move to 14. Kurt D is a good 5/8 or fullback. Pick him there or don't pick him in the 17.

When a lot of players who are on the edge of top 13 come into NRL coaches tend to make them into utility players and once they settle into their careers they evolve into a position. It's happened with a lot of players over the years Cronk played 2 years as a utility and once Orford left he found his home at halfback, Luai in his first two years played bench, centre & fullback as well as halves and Munster was all over the place at Storm before finding his position. They're just 3 I can easily think of before coffee time :) Eventually Donoghue will settle into a position he's only in his third season it'll evolve for him.

He won't settle into the hooker position. Not ever. But Woolf keeps picking him as a utility who has to play hooker for at least some minutes unless JMK is playing for 80min.

That comes down to the coach instead of attacking the player attack the coach.

The club re-signed him for another two years when you were so cocky that he would be released at seasons end.

Fancy blaming an interchange player who doesn't come on until the score is 26-6 for a loss. Just hilarious and I can see why this forum only has 70 members.

Give us your best 17 of the players available since you know best.

lol , oh boy oh boy lmao

1st kurts only there because injuries , gilbert n connie wont be full fit , we had fin out concussed , no thom
2nd what do you think our bench would be if guys like morgie n su'a come in as well as thom and probbaly more if we looking at molo

3 u rate him as high as two of the great ultilitis who actually showed talent in all roles they took on when he shows no where the talent they do
4 a utility player sparks sides of the bench don't they
5 i really think he will struggle to get in the 17 over last 2 years of his contract fulltime unless injurys

go back to gus n suck his finger more you got no clue we in week two and you blame coach blame our senior players but we put pressure on one guy and you lose your shit

go follow dogs if you want winning team ( they wont be same team over next few weeks lmao) so guessing we see you more

Woolf doesn't have a lot of options re: changes. The depth is very poor which is commonplace for a third year club. Hopefully, Finefeuiaki and Bostock prove their fitness. They really need to open their account this weekend. An 0-3 start will prove fatal.

True but he has the option for Plath on the bench, coming on the give JMK a rest then staying on as a middle forward. That's my main problem. As is, he has Plath and Gilbert playing badly.

No late changes so far. Surely Woolf will do as you say. Finefeuiaki into second row, Plath bench and Donoghue fullback for Capras. Then if Hammer has another poor game, next week Hammer in the centres, Averillo out, Donoghue fullback.

I'd rather have 70 members, most of whom have excellent RL knowledge rather than the crap dished up on the Dolphin pages on fb and Insta.

If I see one more reaction from a Tuesday team list such as "Where's Fuller"?, "Where's Flegler"?, "How come Val can't get a game"?, "Phins Up", I'll lose my shit. Dolphin fans are the dumbest in the business.

I prefer quality over quantity and I'll happily take this small page over a group where most of it's contributors haven't mastered Grade 3 grammar.

Well this forum is as old as the team. Nashy Nashy says Broncos HQ took years to get big. I'm sure Kennel forum is similar. Anything goes over there. You would have to be really annoying to get banned from there.

Good news for the Tigers. Their gun fullback has been declared a certain starter...... It never rains, it pours.

I was very impressed by Penriths young halves last night. Didn't get them home but went much closer than most people, including me, expected. This is something Woolf should think about in regard to selecting Kerr, Nicholls, Stone and even Niko, Kaufisi. Not saying all of them should be dropped but if there isn't a drastic improvement, Woolf has to drop a few and give blokes like Rasmussen and Jackson. Niko isn't going to be dropped from the 17 due to his versatility but no harm on having him on the bench if there isn't a big improvement soon.

All of them except Niko are off contract at the end of the year so there will be a lot of movement if we are out of finals contention with a several rounds to go.
