The Dolphins have been forced into a halves reshuffle after five-eighth Kodi Nikorima was ruled out of Saturday’s clash with the Raiders due to a minor calf injury. Anthony Milford is promoted off the bench to partner Isaiya Katoa, the 29-year-old starting his first game of the season as the off-contract gun fights for his career.
“Kodi has had a bit of a calf problem for a couple of weeks, it’s not getting much better, so we’ve left him out and put Anthony Milford in,” Dolphins coach Wayne Bennett said.
“Anthony deserves an opportunity, he has trained great. “He had a hamstring injury and then a suspension and he has been back playing State League for the past three or four weeks. “All the feedback has been good about him so I’m pleased for Anthony and it’s an opportunity now.”
