Recruitment and retention

Where the hell say I rated him all I want to see is him playing in a team that actually want to win so it shows skills of players. Guys in middle cant carry players like what's going on in dragons hes played really well in past for sydeney


Get him back to playing. That quality footy. And he be fine.

It aint his dads coaching even ex players n coaches are siding with flanno so that tells you how shit dragons are on n off field like I said previous dragon ex players dont turn up to cub events for the very reason club is toxic n continues to be look at poor molo n look what hes become here


I dont really care what you guys think as you can tell you guys got no idea

So you do rate him? You think we should recruit him after his old man is sacked and he is relegated to a reserve in reserve grade? Maybe swap him for Katoa?

eh where did i say i wanted to recruit or rated him, ffs all i said i seen him play good football in good clubs ffs yet another d..........


like it was said on radio today bit hard to be coaches son wen none the players they have even play anywhere near as good as they should


and no i dont want him here hes a 7 not a 6 and won't have the players round him in the halfs n dummy halfs if jmk isnt there helping him hence why i think we need guy like mozer

Shades of Dragons letting go so many of their halves depth.

With JMK made of glass keeping at least one of Graham or Marsh would have been wise.

He's only on a Development deal with Newcastle this year he will be in a Top 30 next year whether it's at Knights or another club he's already proved his NRL value.

I don't know how Matt got on your bad side. Mr. T is ok but he has his favourites. SOS and now Kyle Flanangan are 2 of his favourites and he doesn't like anyone saying they aren't immortals, or at least superstars. But I'm not stopping. SOS is ok in QLD Cup or NSW Cup or whatever he's doing now. Kyle Flanagan shows what dads in high places can do. His dad was in a high place but his loyalty to his not NSW Cup standard son above his team has brought him down.

Its partly me. Im 50, and I dont suffer fools. When I start reading internet dribble being passed off as opinion I switch off. I dont have time to read it. Where as I much prefer an opinion that is youre own despite correctness. Also, I dont believe team forums are places for opposition supporters passing themselves off to like other teams. In sport, having two teams is the worst crime on the planet. And there is something wrong with you. If i met Matt in a bar, Id have a beer with him. Will i read his dribble. No way.

Mr.c is very similar. Using internet to create relevance for himself. Suggesting he has connection after copy pasting info from random virus infected websites. His calls make we question whether he actually watching the game at all. Hence, putting him on ignore increases the intellectual context in general.

I know you question why. Thats my explanation. I read most posts, and I am positive im not the only one that questions some of their content. I just see them as an avatar, and putting them on ignore as non-offensive. Whereas, I am sure a lot of you may feel guilty doing so, you are all more accepting them me.

50, 2 teenage kids, a busy wife. No time to add more bullcrap.

i have favorites since when shows you how much shit you make up but nice one peado, people can read my comments lol nothing have i ever said they were my favs you said i rated them which i never said , i said they played good footy at times but aww well if you think i can't get nastier keep on going peado boy

How good has he been at Newcastle? I think Woolf was too interested in turning your man, Kurt D into a 20 min a game hooker. Maybe that is a good move but we can obviously see Plath is not suitable to play hooker for 60 min!

Peado? As in pedo? How many times have you contacted me to complain about people calling you names you didn't like? As far as I can see, they have all complied with that request and now you go ahead and call someone, "a pedo"?

Dolphins need to be very careful on the nepotism and it just doesn't extend to Woolf and Fien. Not every son is like Martin Lang who done a role to perfection or an elite no.7 like Nathan Cleary. Nepotism also effects judgement in depth of positions and treatment of players in those positions eg Blaze Talagi and Ethan Sanders as soon as an exit was there for them at Eels they left and in Talagi's case Brad Arthur had already gone damage was done and in Sanders case one of Arthur's sons has gone damage was done. Dolphins board can still get in control of it before it goes way out of control like what we've seen at Dragons and lesser extent Eels who are now cleaning up.

Interesting that Harrison Graham on a Dev deal has gone ahead of Brad Arthur's son who's on Top 30 deal in the Newcastle dummy half stakes.

I only follow one sport being Rugby League the only other Sport I like is Cricket and my support there has now been reduced to just the Australian Test Cricket Team and also Australia in 50 over World Cup.

I don't watch let alone follow AFL, Soccer, Union, Basketball, Gridiron etc. What I have noticed with so many Dolphins fans and saw it with social posts on Thursday night during the game is how many of them switched to the AFL Lions by half time. A lot of Dolphins fans also continue to follow Broncos.

Bulldogs and Dolphins only have one NRL conflict all season in game time schedules which of course is when they play each other whereas other sports conflict all the time.

I have supported Redcliffe in Queensland Cup since 1998 and I've always been a big believer that Queensland are badly represented in the number of teams in the NRL compared to NSW. Broncos being allowed such a monopoly and get away with it has also been so wrong.

Unfortunately for Dolphins they as a club have no room for error as they've set themselves up as a community club like Cronulla but with a leagues club money & better management of their land assets. Dolphins and Titans more than Broncos feel the attacks from other sports for the fickle fans and they don't get much media coverage. One interchange blunder by Canterbury makes every bit of media coverage in Sydney.

Watch the Cowboys game last year where JMK and Graham shared the 9 role Graham was way more effective and Dolphins rhythm went astray after he camer off it was his last game for the Dolphins too.

Donoghoe is a 13 or 6 who can cover other roles at a pinch when he plays 13 or 6 he unlocks and frees up Katoa like no other Dolphins player.

George Williams is a very poor signing in every which way and direction. It's funny those who bag out Fuller's age are the same people who support Woolf making his NRL debut at 28y1m (Fuller 26y4m & years of Redcliffe dominance) and Williams coming to NRL the year he'll turn 33 & wouldn't have played NRL in nearly 6 years.

Do you think, when Kyle Flanagan is told "he is free to negotiate", which will happen the same day his dad is sacked, Dolphins should try and sign him?
