Recruitment and retention

You said Donoghoe wouldn't be re signed and never see NRL when Woolf said he'll be in the 17 every week he's available :)

As for Woolf seeing him in UK you know for the first 1.5 years of his 3 years there George Williams was at Canberra. He's got progressively worse at Warrington stepping up to the NRL is a massive ask if you haven't been it or if you're from UK not at the peak of your career.
Matt, you’ve got to let the Donaghue thing go it’s quite tiring now. As for Williams don’t you think Woolf has been watching Williams in the uk since he’s been back, he would have done his homework on the player and will know what he’s got and what he hasn’t got to offer.

don't worry we all know what matt has said that come unstuck too, but oh well last year was last year this years this year , we all know hes not going say bad stuff if kurt puts in bad season
i said kurt wouldnt be resigned as didnt see him in our halfs

nor the injurys we had that made him play out of position

had he not met you through mates yours you wouldn't even be talking off him the way you are

like a few in here you need get on same page as woolf , just because willams coming don't mean he will flop

as above post said comment when you can actually support this team full time not think our club is a .... joke with life only revolving round players you take intrest in theres 30 in sides now not handful

If you asked me that about Donoghue being re-signed this time last year I would have said, "no chance".

By the sounds of it. Its good he is on ignore.

Kurt was extremely inconsistent and error prone up until mid last year. From then he has progressed well to a point where he deserves a new deal. For mine he is behind Plath, and a backup halves at the minute. Should Plath not start well after injury Kurt will need to take his chance at 13. If those inconsistencies happen when his chance comes he will stay backup. I like what I saw late last year. But he has to do it every weekend. Not just against the sides he can get up for. To his credit he looked like that was happening late last year.

Its important to note. That when i talk about a player, im coming from a place where I want to win the comp. Not come 9th. So if I sound harsh, its because I want to win, and not be first only to crumble come semis.

Depends on the rest of the pack for me. If Woolf wants a lot of points, Donoghue. If he wants to stop a lot of points, Plath. If it isn't Gilbert or Knowles in front of both of them. Then we have Ray Stone. How many locks does Woolf need?
