2026 Finals

I fully understand where you are coming from. It's a hard one but I believe if foul play, even somewhat innocuous, results in a very serious injury, the culprit can't get away with a slap on the wrist. TBH, I think 4 weeks is a bit of a slap on the wrist. As I said previously about Kaufusi. He used to get 2 or 3 week suspensions for marginally high tackles which didn't result in any injury at all.
yeah but depends on there points too

so in an interesting twist the kiwis havn't named their 23 for the world cup. if they pick crossland now he serves his ban at the WC if they don't pick him his ban carries over for the first 3 rounds of next season. If they had already named their squad he would have served his ban over WC regardless

Newcastle can have the NZRL state that if Crossland was not suspended they would have picked him, and then the WC can count as games missed.
There is precedence, I can’t recall who exactly but it did happen a year or so back.

Also, im glad blocker mentioned it. The only club To go from u7 to first grade.

The absolute myths sprouted about juniors with some clubs.

There are only a few they do it well. And we are one.

This is ridiculous! We might put 80 on them!
First half standouts:
  • Fuller
  • Kaufusi
  • Naufahu
  • Pouniu
  • Averillo

Just a side point that some of you might like.

Woolf started at 9. Plath comes on and we go up a gear.

Coincidence?
Next year he'll come on to give JMK a rest which means his brother is going to play Cup. Because Woolf has to make a spot for his mate Knowles.

What happened to tough guy G Gary? If Knowles had played well against the Roosters, we would have heard about it.

This is very promising for the future granted we do have a lot of guys who have debuted in first grade already

Wests have done well to sign Averillo it's a pity we didn't have space to keep him (and still don't assuming we keep everyone we want to keep)

This is crazy when NSW Cup sides typically dominate QCup sides, QLD has 1 win since 2016 before today

Penrith have put the cue in the rack. Game has turned into a bit of a joke. Can we get to 90?
