No surprises here. There really isn't any room for him and the jury is still out on whether he's first grade material or not. Hopefully he'll find a new home.

Round 9: North QLD Cowboys vs Dolphins

At 850K per annum, that would make him one of the highest paid centres in the sport. It won't happen. Hammer is the long term FB. Fuller will possibly latch onto another NRL club.

Round 9: North QLD Cowboys vs Dolphins

Won't be an easy task up there with the ever increasing injury toll. But I'm certainly not counting them out. A team that can pump out 8 tries in 25 mins is not one to be discounted. This side has a bit of a x-factor about them and if they ever play at full strength (or near), they will do some...

    Round 8: Dolphins v Newcastle

Flegler, Hammer and Herbie still a few weeks away. Kaufusi is a slim chance. Lemuelu played Q Cup last weekend and will be selected. The injury toll continues to mount.

Didn't he come from the Wests Tigers? I'm pretty positive Jock has never played up in Rocky. Why would he be?

    Round 8: Dolphins v Newcastle

Dolphins left at least three tries out there today but full credit to Newcastle. They definitely deserved that match. Really missed Flegler and Kaufusi. The forwards really struggled to go forward.

I'm not following you, man. How are you linking the CQ Capras with Jock Madden?

    Recruitment and retention

Aitken isn't contracted beyond this year and I'm not sure if they'll offer him an extension. The money could be better spent elsewhere, one would think. Ray Stone will be retained and most likely KNik but I doubt if Euan is in their future plans.

He recently signed a contract extension till 2029.

Nothing confirmed yet but looking very likely. What an acquisition this would turn out to be. He is a serious talent.

    Round 8: Dolphins v Newcastle

That was only media speculation. He was always going to miss a few games. Also, Herbie is slated to return next week but he'll be out for another fortnight minimum.

Round 6: Dolphins vs Brisbane Broncos

I didn't think so. I wasn't aware that he trialled with another club. Was Lachlan Hubner in their top 30? I don't think he is.

Round 6: Dolphins vs Brisbane Broncos

Kodi has only played centre in an emergency. He has never ever been named in that spot in a run on side and won't be this weekend either. I'm not sure of his contract status but Fuller would be a good replacement at FB.

Nope. He is back on Friday.

Round 5: Dolphins vs Wests Tigers

Milf reportedly played pretty well. Wallace got put on report for a late hit and may be suspended.

Round 5: Dolphins vs Wests Tigers

Tesi 145 m, try, 9 T, 5 MT last night. No stats on Val as of yet but he failed to score a major in his side's 8 point win. Impossible to replace Herbie and it's going to sting for the duration of his unavailability.

Round 5: Dolphins vs Wests Tigers

They certainly missed Flegler (and Felise) in the second half. If he is out for an extended period, they will be in strife. Herbie's injury didn't look good. He will definitely be missing for quite some time.

    Definitely my MOTM thus far.
