Aublix Tawha isn't in the Top 30 and has played two games.

Tevita Naufahu against Canberra was 18th man before his elevation to the Top 30.

Two players we have suggested Naufahu and Trai Fuller are both current Top 30.

Jake Averillo and Kurt Donoghoe are both Top 30 the most logical two suggestions for 5/8 and provide the best support and least interference for the Izzy Katoa show.

Tawha been on Development (Supplementary) Deal all season along with Symonds, Jackson and Rasmussen. Naufahu was promoted from Supplementary to Top 30 during the season (source Joel Gould AAP on a Twitter post). If Tawha gets promoted to the Top 30 it's because they have to elevate someone to take Tupou's spot after the signing of Cobbo for this year fell through.

Tyreece Tait has only played one NSW Cup game since Round 6 he hasn't been able to make the Roosters NSW Cup side and last played in Round 13 in Jersey Flegg that was played on 1st June. He would no way be ahead of Naufahu or Nonu for a wing option or Walsh as a centre option. Two of those three are Top 30 and Nonu part of the Transition Squad.

Now that Katoa is the real deal and gone to another level where he completely controls the team having O'Sullivan and him together just wouldn't work it didn't in the opening round and less so now that Katoa has further developed. Averillo is the most like for like with Nikorima.

I still find a spot for Fuller he would be very valuable in the run home.

aww cool. he be great for 2027 nrl contrract if gets delopment deal next year, as will need get delopment deal first, just like the boys coming in this year had a transition contract then if good enough delopment then nrl deal
