Round 9: Dolphins vs Sydney Roosters

Lucky to be still in the game. First half best were:
  • Katoa
  • ......... who? Gilbert?
  • and......... JMK?
 
Dolphins been a bit lucky to be only 8 points away. Need to take advantage of the good luck. Need much more line speed for starters.
 
Two weeks in a row whatever is said at half time made them fall asleep
 
Way too easy, the Roosters first try in the second half.
 
Now it's just a question of avoiding embarrassment.
 
Fitness is a major issue I’ve been saying this for a long time and it hasn’t been addresssd. As soon as a team lifts the intensity the Dolphins can’t maintain the pace. This is really amateur from them and getting caught out by professional teams.

32-8 now it’s past embarrassing last week wasn’t a one off second half meltdown. Will you now believe me about the complete lack of fitness, soul and culture.

That try has really protected Hammer from being called out for a shocker. Hasn't done much wrong but also nothing right expect for that try.
 
Donoghoe when available has to be rushed back missed the last two games and his loss been telling
 
Tedesco has given Hammer a bath, despite the 2 tries.
Niko's defence simply isn't good enough for a starting 5/8.

I’m shattered Dolphins lost all the 20 plus years of wanting them in the NRL only to be a basket case without a soul or imdeitu seems like a waste.

Lucky the Bulldogs play the other QLD side without soul, identity and culture this weekend.

Yes heading the same way as Titans no character, soul or identity about them and we know Titans are now in the perennial basket case stage of no return out of it.

Roosters had more missing and made it look way too easy.

Can’t blame Donoghoe since he wasn’t playing.

Plenty of soul when they were the hottest team in the comp for 3.5 games. The Dolphins are the NRL'S newest club and building a consistent team takes time. They are a team who desperately need their full squad available as depth takes years to build. They'll be just fine. They will make some serious noise before the end of the decade. Probably sooner.

very true and also factor in loss key players to injury our big issue as new team just we dont have nrl ready players hence the lack of juniors as they not ready yet.

two more new players inbound next year with possibility , of more ffs what did you guys expect signing up to a new team


oh and and another thing , hat team had a soul n a identity after its 3rd year ffs all the new recent teams struggled in there 1st 10 years
