Dude, for the life of me, I don't understand how he still posts here. He derails most thread with Bulldogs talk.

All his posts are generalizations purported to be fact, which is fucking annoying.

I wouldn't have a problem if he stayed on topic and provided evidence for his claims.

Is there moderation of this site? One of the stipulations should at the very least, to be to stay on topic within a thread. And this isn't a criticism of the moderation, please don't take it that way, it's a mere suggestion.

Please, in no way was it a criticism of what you or any of the others do.

I can just see that allowing more of that kind of poster to just troll these forums, will make this place less nice for dolphins fans.

We are a young club and have plenty of building to do, and no one expects it overnight, and the majority of us here are in it for the long haul.

I for one don't suffer fools lightly, as you may have already noticed. And there are two here that i have taken my own action with. Id suggest others do the same.

However, I come here to talk Dolphins. I don't come for generalizations, other team talk (for the most part, I get there is going to be some), and to be part of a new Dolphins community. And I would hope those visiting are like minded. Hence, its name, DolphinsPod NRL Fan Forum.

If I am totally honest, Id love for Matt to continue talking Dolphins. But that shit satin of a club he continues to talk about are a literal embarrassment to this fine game, in my eyes. And I for one really think they bring the professionalism and integrity of our game down. And I would prefer to not have to read about them all the time.

The form they have shown this year shows why. And the Melbourne contingent along with Nicholls were getting one last contract. Kodi also wasn't wanted. Was he at the Broncos at the time?

Herbie wasn't seriously wanted by Broncos it was a mega stuff up by Walters at the time. They weren't able to fit in all of Staggs, Cobbo, Mariner and Herbie and it was around the time Cobbo & Gamble done those podcasts and Dolphins tried to poach Mariner. They sacked Gamble (the bog average player) and kept Cobbo (the rare talent) despite Cobbo being the more damaging podcast and they made a complaint to the NRL about Dolphins breaching the rules for Mariner. This opened the door for Herbie and at the time he signed with Dolphins remember Denan Kemp who's a PR machine for Broncos & now Bulldogs (he always slyly discredits Cleary's coaching achievements) saying that Herbie is good not great and earlier this year had to eat his words.

Flegler said the Roosters offer was massive this was a real coup for the Dolphins. It's the only time I've listened to a Ben Dobbin podcast or anything to do with Dobbin. Flegler spoke why he chose Dolphins over Broncos and Roosters and it's a real credit to him.

It's rather ironic the only two big fish Dolphins have landed are both managed by Joe Wehbe which not a single media pundit in Sydney has picked up on. Wehbe only manages 7 players of serious note being Herbie, Flegler & Knowles all contracted to Dolphins currently or next year, Tedesco & Robson both contracted to the Roosters currently & next year, Sharpe the young superstar from Newcastle and DCE who's wide open on the market. Wehbe also looks after Kerr so take it as red if DCE signs Kerr re-signs the next day as that's how clubs and managers play each other off to get the key deal and he's also got some good young kids in the Norths Devils Meninga and Connell teams.

Kodi Nikorima (Sean's best mate as posted by Sean on his socials) was with the Warriors when he signed with Dolphins he was released and played the rest of the 2022 season with Souths. Someone asked if Kodi was at Broncos when he signed with Dolphins he wasn't he was with Warriors.
