Round 23: Dolphins vs Brisbane Broncos

Two crap teams playing a game of touch footy. Win or lose, the Dolphins haven't got the defensive grit to trouble anyone during the playoffs.
 
If I wasn't a fan of either, I'd love this. As is, not amused!
 
Well i'm glad i stuck this one out. I pay about £130 a year for access to the watchNRL app and i gotta say this game is basically worth every penny

Glad about winning but not happy about the manner of the win. Need to improve 50x to trouble the top teams in the finals.

2 points is 2 points which at this moment is all that matters. The future concerns can be dealt with then.

WTF happened?! I stormed off to the pub in a filthy mood after 20 min.
 
That was utterly fucking chaotic. I don't know what to make of it. Down 24-0 early and I had visions of a Cronulla type scoreline. Flegs and Molo got steamrolled and didn't return after 22 mins. It is no coincidence that the Dolphins got on the front foot soon after. That is a real problem. Maybe Seb S'ua needs a look in. Flegs especially, is not first grade standard.

The moment Jaiyden Hunt knocked on deep in Dolphin territory resulting in the Hammer long ranger, the Dolphins were never headed. They outscored the Broncos 40-8 from that moment (it could have easily been 60). They also had 65% possession and 72% territory during that time frame. Total domination after spotting the opposition four tries. A bewildering contest.

A maiden playoff appearance awaits. But, as we all know, there is plenty of work to be done. There are a few passengers in this side and it's going to cost them unless something changes. But, as for now, an outstanding comeback with all their attacking flair on show. They are a pleasure to watch when they hit their stride.

Mate of mine went to the game and my exact words were, "we might be getting pumped but pay attention to when our bench comes on. They are our best players." No shock flegs and molo go off and the game changes. I love molo, but flegs isn't really helping.
