Kurt would be much more popular is your scathing criticism of half the rest of the team wasn't so slanderous but praise for Kurt wasn't so effusive.
I don't slander the players I just critique the performances when they lose and made observations the older players will be phased out. Some I got right some I got wrong and more so wrong because of the forward injuries which is a bugger. You slander way more than me. The only news I post in here now is Fuller (who is actually my favourite player), Donoghoe or Keeley as neither are liked. I post the rest on 3 other platforms where it's a more respectful audience and allows for views win or lose on performance.

No. A lot of your criticism at least used to go above and beyond. Since we smashed the Bulldogs it's not been as bad as it was.

Equaliser Equaliser and it's a shame because Red Red is trying to build a good forum and after 3 years hasn't been able to establish a network as members come and leave soon after as there's resistance against anyone who challenges when losses are had.

You are right. I have no problem with criticism. I just had a problem with your outright slanderous criticism. Remember the way you used to keep raving about the Bennett curse? The so-called, "Bennett Curse".

At 0-4 it wasn't working and the losses to Canberra, Roosters and Newcastle were unacceptable the team was way off the pace. Woolf to his credit has tried to coach his way out of this backing the systems he's put into place and made subtle changes to help free up Katoa and Hammer more. I said Bromwich wouldn't see much top 17 NRL this year and both his games have been limited minutes and is so far away from the Top 17. I predicted he wouldn't in the 17 for Round 1 and I predicted Donoghoe be there from Round 1 I was the only one who him in my top 1-17 and I said once Keeley gets a good run of games he'll stay. I said the older players will be phased out bar Kaufusi.

The Bulldogs against teams that arent fighting for teh spoon dont have the pack or the creativity to trouble,

Penrith with a busted Clearly and To'o. And a squad that has been raped by the rest of the comp beat them.

Its was a solid one out game from them, but that's not going to win you anything. I think the Galvin signing will unravel them for the rest of the season. And the lack of punch forward pack will be their downfall.

I wasn't the only one either and Woolf to his credit is working his way through the horror start. Dolphins last year finished 11-13 and I said if they finish 12-12 it'll be a pass mark on the previous year. They're still not 50% and the way they played in some of the wins this year over Storm, Bulldogs and Panthers there's now expectation over hope. I really want to see the Dolphins do well and I'm one of those who believes Greater Brisbane deserves more than two teams let alone the one team they had for more than 20 years of the NRL era. It's just a shame people abuse each other personally on this forum as Red Red deserves better.

It's just your outright slander mentioned above and constant raving about the Bulldogs was really annoying. Remember when you stated Dolphins are "no chance" against the Bulldogs? You say that on a Dolphins forum and wonder why people get pissed off.

Anyway, enough talking about you. As for the game, Souths are without Murray which is a huge loss for them but otherwise are they at full strength? It'll be a really hard game. Their backrower come prop Koloamatangi might challenge Haas for the best prop in the game the way he is going.

It's sad that you love to see Donoghoe and Keeley fail.

Big game against Souths they're at full strength aside from Murray and last week Newcastle at full strength except for Saifiti and Thompson. Dolphins have to meet these challenges and hurdles. Penrith had to go to NZ without access to their origin players due to scheduling and had a 5 day turnaround the NRL isn't easy and isn't always about the best 17 in the roster it's about the 17-18 players who take the field.

Do you think Tawha or Graham should be in the 17? I like Graham his issue is that he and JMK are one position specialists. JMK is now building into 70+ minutes a game.

Yes Matt, thanks for reminding me...... again. It's been disappointing. I think a lot of Dolphins fans are still half Broncos fans and choose to go to BroncosHQ. It's an awesome forum so it will take a bit of sustained success over the Broncos for the to come over. The only people who have copped any flak as far as I've seen are you and Mr.C. Mr.C due to his love for SOS and lack of for Katoa and you for reasons I've nominated several times here and in PMs. Mr.C doesn't cop any flak anymore, apart from you, and I hope the same is true for you sooner rather than later. The ball is in your half.

I stick to the topics people choose to play the ball. We're now developing a really good crew on Twitter and Facebook that talk Dolphins without attacking the personality and it should be translating into here. Some in our Twitter crowd mentioned copping it in here.

Red Red you kinda back up a point I said earlier this year and I got attacked that a lot of Dolphins fans are still "casuals" yet to be fully converted so many still support another club like me and I've never shied from being a Redcliffe fan in the QCup and now take an interest in Norths and Capras. I'm only repeating the studies the NRL have done in that Dolphins are capturing the casual observer and trying to convert them into full-time fans this makes the pressure of winning or losing much greater and why I really want them to be successful. Unlike so many others I don't follow other sports I only follow one sport Rugby League and I follow the Australian Test Cricket team my once love of Cricket is now just confined to watching Australia in Tests. I became a member of Redcliffe Leagues Club in 1998 and was after Dad died in 2015 I let it lapse as I stopped traveling anywhere outside of Sydney yet alone QLD (Dad lived off the Pacific Hwy/Mwy so didn't travel it for 6 years) and as soon as Dolphins won the NRL bid in 2021 I immediately signed up to the first available Dolphins NRL membership and renewed my membership of the Leagues Club despite the border lockdowns.

I don't slag I critique the performances and if they're not up to NRL standard it is to be said. Anyone who is a club member or member of the major shareholder is a financial investor and has a vested interest in the club doing well. For the record I much prefer Redcliffe Leagues to Canterbury Leagues as a club for their bistro, outdoor areas and of course the wall to wall football stuff which in 1998 attracted me to the Dolphins when I first walked into that club the history of the walls just made me really grow into them.

As for Saturday night as this thread is about Dolphins v Souths and people should be talking Dolphins v Souths not attacking the individual.

This is a must win for Dolphins as the Top 8 can form a bit of breakaway and Dolphins need to stay there with the whips cracking. It's hard losing an entire forward pack all clubs go through injuries and concerns its the character of the players to rise to the occasion. Sport is about opportunity and it's up to those in the side to take their chances. Souths for the first time all season are fielding their best backline and bar Murray and Smith are at full strength everywhere else. This is a much different Souths side who have lost games during the season Bennett has everyone bar two fit and ready to go for a tilt to the finals.

Humphreys got the better of Katoa in Round 1 so it's a massive game for Katoa with so much Origin talk around and there's every chance on Sunday Katoa will be named in the 19 or 20 jerseys maybe even 18 if Luai is ruled out and Burton goes to 6. A big game from Katoa seals the deal for him and an even bigger game they seriously look at him for 5/8 and keep Burton as the 18th to cover centre & utility for HIA should Luai be out.

Players who didn't get a good run under Bennett have a massive chance to shine and prove they should have been there last year.

Nikorima can put the whole George Williams gossip to bed with a big game. On another page he's got so much support to the article we posted so he knows the support is there from Woolf and from so many fans. I posted yesterday I don't rate him the best player felt he was on the way out before the season started and Woolf recently admitted Averillo trained more at 5/8 than centre in the off-season but he's playing his best football this year.

Once again, I've never had a go at you for supporting the Bulldogs. I kind of still have a soft spot for the Titans and I know Liverbird with Phins up Liverbird with Phins up still likes St. George. But you would have dig into our comments to know it because..... this is a Dolphins forum and we don't care about the Bulldogs.
