I could see us letting both Lemuelu and Flegler go early

If the Broncos lose Willison we should 100% see if they want him back just for the cap space

Will be interesting to see which middles make the step up to regular first graders next season

If Flegler re-signs it'll be for quite a bit less than he's on now.
 
Yeah and i'd be fine with him re signing if it's on a much cheaper deal since he should loosely be filling the role of a bench forward unless he can get his body back to pre injury levels

Sebastian Su'a will be a regular in the 17 next year IMO
 
If anyone is worried about pouniu's size just remember how he has done so far. No lack of strength or anything. I want to keep lemuelu but far out pouniu is gonna make it hard for him to stay. Same goes for anyone trying to keep flegler when sua is hanging around.

He won't get offered much (relatively speaking) elsewhere either. He needs to get back into the shape he was when he got injured. He's too big and slow now.

Cobbo for sure but the biggest improvement not this year but from year 1 has been Isaako. I was very unenthusiastic about his signing a few years ago but apart from a couple of hiccups, I think it was the Roosters game last year I was blowing up about his defence, or lack of, he's been so consistently good.

I said earlier on that i thougth cobbo was lazy. I believe i said he has the talent and ability to be the next GI but is too lazy to make the most of it and would sit at the reunions in later life crying into his beer about what he could have achieved with a bit of effort.

This year he has certainly upped his game and i think he will be a great barometer for the state of the dressing room. you can tell at the moment he's on board, hes fired up and happy.

It leads me to believe he is the canary in the coal mine. Last year he seemed unhappy at the broncos and it now seems he wasn't the only one just the most obvious. If he ever goes off the boil here we should expect rumblings to follow from the dressing room.
