in all honesty i think its more the draw the reason why they play 11 games against teams that were in top 8 last year

I've watched so many preview podcasts and read a few articles they all say the same thing Demetriou and Seibold failed so Woolf must be terrible too.

I'm in the minority I'm happy Bennett is gone.

Warriors and Dragons are going to be rubbish this year. Halves of Te Marie Martin, Luke Metcalff for Warriors and Lauchlan Illias and Kyle Flanagan🤣 for the Dragons. Not much to speak of in outside backs or forwards either.

Bennett respects Dolphins he loves Souths. He only left Souths for personal reasons he stated he had to return to QLD at the time. His heart is with Souths and he's there. Kudos to Bennett for his efforts setting up the Dolphins at NRL level but now is the time for Woolf.

There were three players that we know of were dropped or sent on a camp due to poor training attitudes and Kerr admitted his attitude towards training slackened off. The team wasn't fit last year and they had way too many days off something had to change.

I know Woolf has them going in the right direction no matter how many games they win this year. If he wasn't headed in the right direction I wouldn't have renewed my interstate membership.

The only failing of Phil Gould was sacking Ivan Cleary at Penrith hahahaha,

Wayne Bennett does believe only a Queenslander can coach Queensland based NRL clubs although Titans never had a Queenslander as main coach Neil Henry is actually from near Canberra.

S’ua is the only player I would take from that team

They've lost 3 of their 4 best players counting Molo. Only Sua is staying put there for now.

Parramatta are a spoon darkhorse they have a very rookie coach who's never coached at any level just been a perennial assistant.

I think Woolf has got the right plan. He spent what annoyingly was a successful spell at St Helens winning 3 consecutive championships and gave it all up to be the understudy to Wayne for 2 years. That shows the attitude of someone willing to take a long term view and not be like for example Sam Burgess and expect Ego and profile to gain him a position.

Demetriou was actually a low league coach with either Keighley or Hunslet can't remember which. In fact I remember Seibold as coach of the South Wales Scorpions and if i remember the whole budget for the Team that year was under £100k. Woolf Being in superleague at least was working with a full time professional organisation and not clubs paying tradies £100 a game.

since when has wayne said that in all honesty they can if they have right players since most the qld sides not had right players over the years , and find it more intresting the top nrl sydney sides have feeders in qld comp ( and yes i know theres a few that dont )

Demetriou had a chance but didn't seize it. Maybe he'll get another chance at some stage. I hope he does so the drama between him and Seibold can continue.
