2026 Finals

They still have tickets left at Ticketek now I just checked, plenty of single seats and they do have sets of 2 seats still etc just not in the best seats in the house

And yeah if we make the grand final I am for sure going to try and go to my first grand final ever whatever it costs
 
Gotta say i feel proper sorry for the Wahs. yes you can say they went off the boil a few weeks ago but that Frizell take out under the sticks is the most blatant penalty you'll ever see and apparently Klein despite picking up minuscule infraction else where was distracted by something shiny somewhere else.

I have to admit the bunker didn't do them any favours really.
 
Absolutely crazy the Warriors had one of the most favourably refereed season any team has had in the past decade across the season as a whole

...then their season was ended by all of the close refereeing decisions going against them in a home prelim, by Ash Klein of course granted two of the iffy decisions were the bunker

They can only blame themselves with how many chances they missed but that was a clear penalty at the end and both close challenges went the Knights way

Would be crazy if Holbrook can pull off an ambush next week. Ponga passed HIA so is fine to play, obviously Penrith should roll them but who knows

Thing is for something as blatant as that you shouldn't need a challenge. I strongly feel that the standard of refereeing has fallen off a cliff since the bunker in particular but since the advent of the report system. Its like the refs gave up thinking someone else will catch the mistakes.

If they are going to down this route then it should be like the NFL everything within the 2min warning as reviewed by the replay team.

They did very well considering their 3rd sting halfback was playing.
 
i dont see chocks been issue we destroyed them in one game and comfortably beat them in the other so doesnt hold to much fears for myself
 
Big team list today. I don't think we can afford to go behind by more than 6 against the Roosters. So he must start with Plath at lock, Lemuelu and Fin in the second row. But almost certain he won't do it.

Because, as I said, I don't think we can beat the Roosters if we give them more than 6 points head-start.
 
I think we absolutely can beat the Roosters from 0-10 after 20 minutes

In fact i'd go as far as to say if they're NOT leading by a minimum of 12 after 20 minutes we are going to roll them

I actually don't think they win unless they score the first three tries.

Teamlists are in no surprises anywhere. Smith in centre and Foketi 2nd row, Savala and Crichton bench for them, Walker named

For us it's the usual lineup, in Woolf we trust, hope Knowles and Flegler are ready to defend hard for the first 20 then we roll subs and take the game from there

No surprises. What I've been saying for about 6 weeks now. If we are behind by ** after the first 20min with Donoghue and Plath on the bench, Knowles stating but end up losing by less than that, I reserve the right to flip on Woolf. It becomes more obvious after every game, that is our weak link. But it's a weak link that could easily be a strength.

For the 50th time, I'm not even criticising Knowles. Just saying he should he should be starting on the bench.

I know Plath is now starting in the second row but the same principle applies. He's way better playing at lock.

That says it all! Well, good luck to him. Obviously I hope things go well but as I said, if we fall behind with his best mate starting, YET AGAIN. but end up losing by less than that, I'm going to flip out and officially going to become a critic.

glad woolfs not listening to you lol if you dont think knowles is making a impact early wtf impact he going do off the bench makes no sense you want speed of the bench come back whe you can show me a team with big lock coming of the bench doing the same impact as kurt and max those to be starting of bench if picked for aus side too

He "made an impact" against the Warriors. Was instrumental in making us go 8 points down early. Gave away a flagrant 6 again late in the count from where Warriors scored. I know those are often very debatable but that one was flagrant. 6-again every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Then absolutely needlessly took out a Warriors player without the ball to give away 2 more.

Shortly after that he went off and ONCE AGAIN the comeback started.
