The sad state of UK RL

they think they'll get 10m a year for about 5%. uk clubs will never vote for anything other than their own individual interests. Doesn't matter if the league dies as long as they live long enough to see it.

    Storm v Panthers

How awful are Melbourne! they spent most the game playing against less than 13 and still struggled. That said the officials need to look much closer at deliberate killing the play in the 20 far to many 6 again's given its about time they started pulling full penalties.

They are seriously deep in it. The wheels fell off a while back and the chassis has been skidding towards the wall. He has serious job on his hands. Roughly the RFL give clubs a central funding of about 60% of the salary base as opposed to the NRL who give more than the salary base to the clubs...

Yup that was always the worry. Sharks have got, Titans, Eels, Storm. We have Eeels, Roosters, Titans. I'd back us to win 2 of the 3 as you say the Roosters game is hang on by the finger nails to stop the +/-. Sharks well. in theory you'd say they could do all easily but while i see them...

Round 24: Dolphins vs Manly Sea Eagles

agreed but now its locked in we can rest guys work on the plan and build towards the finals. Penrith are doing their usual lock down the finals spot then have a few weeks with the foot off the gas and allow things to settle before they push again. I think we're doing the same. Last year the...

Round 24: Dolphins vs Manly Sea Eagles

It is impressive at this level but in reality it's like surviving a boxing match not taking a punch from a guy with no arms.

So top 8 secured for the first time. Season has been well not exactly smooth. The next few weeks can now be more relaxed ahead of the playoffs.

Round 24: Dolphins vs Manly Sea Eagles

I'm also a fan of taking the 1 in the last few mins. Simply you get the point, then you lose 30-60 seconds off the clock while setting up for the kick and then usually get the ball back so can tick off another 45-60 seconds. If they go deep you get the ball if short its easy to get into position...

Round 24: Dolphins vs Manly Sea Eagles

I don't doubt it. but it appears teams get on a run with them. Later in the game it appears to switch. Personally i'd limit it to 1x 6 again per possession for the second full penalty.

Round 24: Dolphins vs Manly Sea Eagles

These 6 agains are becoming a joke. I'd love to see the stats as to which teams get them and when. I swear one team gets a run on them for one half then the other gets them.
