They are in free-fall but will be desperate for a win. I think we are going to have play better to beat them than we did against the Broncos.

For us, surely the coach will start with Plath at lock. I'd also bench Flegler for Kaufusi.

The focus will need to be on starting fast. He said that was important against the Broncos.

We started like dogs.

He needs to impress on this team to keep it tight for the first 10.

If we can master our starts, and sure up our defense
 
I'm very interested in the team named this afternoon. Surely there must be changes in the forwards. If Knowles is such a good friend for the coach and the coach is that unprofessional, move him to prop because Plath or Donoghue simply have to start at lock.

How many poor starts are needed? Because against the best teams, to go 18-0 down is game over let alone 24-0.

I can’t stand this , are you an actual supporter of the club . Can you not see the impact the bench brings and starting with the team he does is better for the team. You and equaliser and Liver bird constantly slag the team off. Bostock can’t tackle he let in 4 tries last week but you blame Knowles and Woolf . Don’t comment if you don’t know what you’re looking at you idiot. It’s better to let people think you’re a fool than to open your mouth and prove them right . I’m off to manly to support my team win lose or draw , what are you lot doing sharpening your knives , Fuck off

Were you satisfied with going behind 24-0 vs the second from bottom team? It was almost 28 or 30-0. Just barely beat last place the week before.

I wasn't sure what the problem was. I rated Knowles. I still do but to a lesser extent after I read a comment here pointing out his stats. His lack of run metres and number of missed tackles.

Do you seriously think the team is better with Knowles at lock rather than Donoghue or QLDs No.1 lock, Plath?

I'm not sure if Knowles is better than Mr. Raymond Stone.

And yes, I'm a fan. Much more loyal to the club than to any coach.

Hang on haven’t you been a savage critic of Kurt Donoghoe? So why is Donoghoe different to the other players?

Bit rich here attacking Red Red who’s spot on in the right here about Knowles performances. Getting away with slow starts against Cowboys, Dragons and a given up Broncos is one thing but against Roosters, Warriors, Panthers, Sharks, Bulldogs or Knights is another even with Panthers Yeoless.

Look how games changes when Donoghoe and Plath play.

Plath in particular changed last week and as soon as Donoghoe comes on all the sudden Katoa is freed up and Katoa starting getting the team moving around the field.

Donoghoe changed the Dragons game when the rest of the team didn’t want to be out there.

Knights and Cowboys games Donga was virtually playing halfback by default.

Tomorrow v Manly you’ll see how much Katoa will miss Donga out there.
 
lol its funny how you guys sit there and rubbish knnowles but wait ( what was kurt like in his early days) guys had 19 games ffs is learning a diffrent style footty all the time improving

izzy won't miss any one ffs dude wants stay here long term then he needs start showing hes the star of the show not the guys around him
as for our slow starts it has been said before its that mental toughness they loose when they getrattled early its about that composure which they found better as game went on



as for your comments about were we were satisfied, ask yourself this are you guys really satisfied with the whole club in general you complained bout everything imaginable

Plath not qld no1 , started 1 game at lock then came of the bench as a middle forward. That’s his best position bench as he can lift the team . 24-0 down due to a centre who can’t tackle or read the play , much like you and your comments you haven’t a clue what your watching, you wanted rid of stone not so long ago , now you’re his no1 fan . Coach and players come as one with the club if you can’t support them then go elsewhere.
