Team Tips: Centre Brenko Lee is set for a stint on the sidelines after he left the field with a hamstring injury against the Raiders. Tesi Niu could return from a knee injury in the centres, however Bennett may take a cautious approach and ease him back via Queensland Cup. Connelly Lemuelu could shift to the centres or Bennett could hand rugby union convert Valynce Te Whare his debut. The young gun ran for 140 metres, with 63 post-contract metres and a line break against the Sunshine Coast Falcons. Meanwhile, Ray Stone has been stood down for 11 days after a head knock, meaning Poasa Faamausili will likely come into the 17.

This is going to be a really tough game. Some of their outside backs. If Jennings is picked again, the team has some very serious issues in the outside backs.

Poasa Faamausili, please no, he has feet for hands.

Lemuelu played in the centres from memory. However, put another forward on the bench if possible. Give Tesi Niu a full run as well, maybe onthe wing for Jennings. Jennings needs some lower grades footy

Prefer Edrick Lee to Jennings.

Valynce Te Whare to get his NRL debut! Glad Wayne is doing something about Brenko Lee and Jennings. They just haven't been cutting it in first grade.

He'll get his debut if Brenko fails his fitness test.

Milf back in the 17. Not bad considering the way he was playing before he injured himself. Hopefully dropped another kilo or 2 while he was out. I guess he'll start and Niko will go back to then bench.
Nice to see Tesi back. He's really been missed.

Don't worry, he is a million to one of taking the field. Hammy injuries don't disappear overnight. WB is famous for naming players who are totally in doubt. It's his way of taking the pressure off the debutant.
Hope this is true and he has a big game. If he comes good, he'll really solve a headache.

Apparently Kodi will be moving to dummy half when Milf comes on, meaning JMK will get a rest. Not sure about this, what do you guys think>

Not sure. I would have thought Milf is 5/8 or not in the 17.
I would have thought so too but he is named on the bench. Obviously will be some late changes with Brenko all but out, but news is Milf is definitely playing.

Late Mail: Skipper Jesse Bromwich and centre Brenko Lee have were both ruled out on Friday with hamstring injuries. Poasa Faamausili and JJ Collins are both options to replace Bromwich, while rugby convert Valynce Te Whare is set to debut after being named on the bench. Tesi Niu, Anthony Milford and Mason Teague all return for the Dolphins. Milford is tipped to play in the halves with Kodi Nikorima to switch to dummyhalf to give Jeremy Marshall-King a breather.

Valynce Te Whare definitively starting.
I hope Wallace starts and Donoghoe comes into the 17.

To be honest, from what I've seen of #16 Mason Teague, not that impressed. Is Ray Stone injured?

Stone is out due to concussion protocols. Teague is just a kid. He is a very good player in the making.

A little on the small side for a forward, isn't he?
I think he played Lock in the Penrith organisation. He is small and I'm not sure of Bennett's plans as far as the future goes. He does have something about him though and could be a key component down the track.

Going to be a hard game. they are close to the form team of the competition at present. Hopeful Valynce Te Whare has a big game in attack and defence. If that happens, think we are a big chance. With Niu back, a really big hole is plugged.
