Losing Nicholls was a real blow because it meant the other forwards all had to play extra minutes and were simply out on their feet at the end. Kerr, in particular, is an impact player who is really only at his best for 15-20 minutes - that's not a criticism, simply acknowledging that different players brings different skills to the team. Yes, all teams get injuries but Dolphins are really getting more than their share this year

Dolphins now in 10th position.

Most knew the selection of O’Sullivan be a terrible one and three tries came through him, Katoa was completely stifled and there was no running or attacking threat at 5/8 only a defensive revolving door.

Naufahu is worth keeping and this means Hammer fullback & Averillo 5/8.

In my season preview I said needed two players from pathways to emerge it’s turned out to be Tawha and Naufahu. Even with Bromwich available they still went with Tawha.

But O’Sullivan is not NRL standard and like Flanagan all his leg ups to the NRL have come due to connections.

SOS isn't first grade standard and shouldn't have been selected but it's easy to say in hindsight.

Personally I never believed the so-called "Bennett curse" and always said it was utter fiction.

I called for Cobbo to be signed even before I knew he was being offloaded.

Bennett curse is just dumb people looking for something to talk about.

I know you find it hard but stop talking like a cunt , nobody gets to play NRL because of who they know. We had 7 players missing 5 of them forwards we couldn’t get much go forward therefore the half’s struggled. To get to play NRL takes a lot of hard work, and by saying otherwise smacks of desperation of writing for writings sake just to be controversial. The GOAT signed him end of.

Sharks were able to just focus all their defence on Katoa as they knew O’Sullivan was no running or passing threat. What was worrying was all the tries conceded down the left defensive corridor and Nicho was made to look like peak Joey. Not only did O’Sullivan stifle Katoa he was a defensive target.

Katoa Averillo Hammer Donga offers a much more potent & varied attacking threat.

Hammer didn’t play, who plays lock if you put Donga at 6 hynes played off the back of go forward from the pack, averillo had to play fb as trai isn’t fully fit. You know jack shit about the game.
