Keeley and Donoghue are both Newcastle juniors, aren't they?
 
Once again the question has to be asked: Is the team better with Averillo at the back and Hammer in the centres? It's not just that mistake but the lack of intent he runs the ball back with from clearing kicks.
 
Couple of bizarre ref decisions gone against us already.
  • Their second rower not put on report for the high tackle.
  • No set restart when JMK was tripped by thier player laying in the ruck.
  • The penalty against us just after that for holding their player down. There was nothing in it at all!
 
Gotta say, so far Katoa is having a shocker.
 
Turned up with a wrong attitude, under estimated Newcastle who have thrown all their chips into this game recalling many good players and horror run in Perth continues.

JMK was right next to Keeley and saw the strip he should have called challenge
 
Obviously they are playing under instructions to more often run on the last tackle. Not sure it's a good idea.

Bostock won't be back this season. There is a 12 point breeze here. The Dolphins should be OK. If they can hang onto the ball, they'll have enough points in them.
 
Worst fears seemingly confirmed for Bostock. Just no luck at all for injuries for the 3rd year in a row.
 
WTF is Katoa doing? Worst game I've seen from him.
