Better one is a Dolphins forum it’s a free for all attacks on Donoghue a utility bench player but everyone else can’t be critiqued or critically analysed all the losses are the fault of Donga it’s crazy I’m starting to think their fans deserve the spoon #NRL

I've said since round one 2023, Kurt isn't a hooker. I've said since round 1 this year he isn't a forward. Everyone but apparently Woolf can see it.

Is this your opinion or more to do with your dislike of 2 257Matt? Why do you two take this so personally? Personally my opinion of Kurt D is neither here or there. He might be ok as a fullback or 5/8. Another weak game and he will probably get a chance to show it next week. Otherwise he isn't NRL standard. Just my views.

Troll or not, we need members on here. I'm not sure why he's got you so triggered. I've been reading Matty's posts for 25+ years on various platforms. He certainly has an unique style. But, believe or not, he is a big fan of the club.

I spent over 20 years campaigning to get Dolphins into the NRL I don't want them to stuff it up. For the Dolphins it's a very fine line between success and failure right now and they're trying to convert a lot of casual fans or fans who lost connection with the game. I was one who lost connection to the game during covid lockdowns as I started to develop new interests two things brought me back Dolphins getting included and Potter bringing life back to the Bulldogs with the entertaining style they played of which JMK and Averillo played their best Bulldogs football.

I said Donoghue would be in the team from Round 1 and I said Woolf is using him as that utility which you need a jack of several trades either great or otherwise in the HIA era. I did like the way he played at lock last night as it really opened up Katoa much more and Katoa is the absolute jewel in the Dolphins crown.

There is a page setup where you can only post positive comments even after a 66-0 loss which you can understand so many Bulldogs fans have since been long banned hahahahaha. I savaged the Bulldogs more than anyone in 2023 and they've turned it around by sheer hard work at training and getting players who are winning to ready for training upwards of 6 days a week 7am to 5pm.

lol with all the injury's ofcourse he will be there , and fact we using him now isnt becase hes a utility its fact we would had all props on bench ,

kurt aint a utility simple as that you would see him in more than one role which we don't at nrl level

there would be very few utility players that weren't good at more than one position , those players that are the best at them are talented in all roles kurt aint

you support him because you caught up with him thats only reason

Long gone are the days of 4 specialist forwards on the bench especially in the era of HIA and because JMK plus upwards of 70mins a game can't have Graham and JMK in the 17 together. I would like to see how the dynamics change once the second row options becomes more clearer more so with Plath's role in the team.

Donoghue plays most of his minutes away from 9 and evident last night his role on the field frees up Katoa so much and Katoa has been carrying the team along with Saifiti.

Did you see Katoa's run stats last night? Off the charts for a halfback who's pretty much in sole control of the on field organisation and control. This again is where someone like Donoghue being a natural 1/6 provided support for Katoa. I thought last night was Woolf's best use of Donoghue and as a result Katoa shined.
