How much longer can the team afford to carry Te Whare on the bench. I know Brenko had his best game last week but for me it's either he or Te Whare in the 17, not both. And as soon as Brenko has one more bad game, that one would be Te Whare for me.
Indeed a strange decision, but there must be something Wayne sees we don't... one of the backs carrying an injury or the kid just needs the experience?
I'm at a loss as well. I thought it must have been a match fitness issue if not for the fact Brenko is far from a fitness machine.
Same. Maybe he is edging at bringin him in to the backrow late in the halves for some impact/experience there? Seems strange to only keep him on the bench as a centre replacement.
Most backrowers, all the best ones, play 80. I don't think there is any way Te Whare is going to do that. Could have him come on for a short burst in the forwards but why would Wayne do that when he's a much better centre? At least the pressure in on Brenko to play much better now. And he did just that against St George. Now we need to see him do it against the better teams.
Be careful. I know somewhere, an attractive female who was there recently. She said homeless people are everywhere and some of them are very aggressive.

Just spent four days in San Francisco and the homeless problem here is out of control. Thankfully, we didn't meet any aggressive types but did step into their feces on a couple of occasions. Thailand and Indonesia don't hold a candle to SF. I've never seen anything like it.
