Is Brendon Roberts the brother of Jimmy the Jet?

A bit of competition for NRL spots in the Redcliffe team but I can't see the Capras troubling the NRL team too much.

Lachlan Hubner, Still think this kid is under rated. I was really impressed with him last year in trials.

CQ Capras’ back five were enormous in their 28-10 win over Western Clydesdales with all of them making over 120 metres and Euan Aitken was a class above in the second row with a try, 141 metres and 30 tackles — no misses.

Livewire fullback Trai Fuller was busy for the Dolphins with a try, try assist, seven tackle busts and 230 running metres. Former Titan Treymain Spry also scored and cracked 200 metres in the centres for the Dolphins.

Even though the NRL team has been winning, Val must be putting some pressure on Averillo.

Good luck to SoS. I think this is his first QLD Cup game.

Harrison Graham now starting at lock.
Still no MILF. Is he really injured or refused to stop overeating Maccas and as a result, been told to seek life elsewhere?

Where is Tessi Niu?

Not named but not so sure the club hasn't told him he won't be playing in the NRL and as a result, Milf isn't really putting in to return. He's been "almost ready" for a few weeks now.

The Dolphins have a backline spot to fill too after Herbie Farnworth suffered a shoulder injury. Tesi Niu and Valynce Te Whare will come into contention to slot into the centres. Niu scored a try, got a linebreak and ran 141 metres for Norths Devils, while Te Whare got 147 metres and two tackle busts for the Dolphins in Queensland Cup. Both made nine tackles each, but Niu missed five and Te Whare missed two.

Still on the Dolphins, Anthony Milford returned from a hamstring injury via the CQ Capras. He set up a try, got a tackle bust, ran 65 metres and made 12 tackles with one miss.

Super-impressive stats for both Tessi and Val.

Veteran prop Jarrod Wallace turned back the clock for the Capras in their 30-24 win over Burleigh. Wallace scored a try, got a linebreak and 141 metres, while also making 23 tackles with one miss. He was, however, penalised three times — one for verbal dissent — and was put on report in the first two minutes for a late tackle.

Will be a lot of new players in the QLD Cup this weekend. With both us and the Broncos having so many injuries. A lot of players called up to the NRL.

Connelly Lemuelu is back on deck after injury his MCL in Round 1 while playing for the Dolphins. He made his return via Queensland Cup feeder side Norths Devils — and it’s just in time too given Kenny Bromwich will need to pass HIA protocols to play this weekend.

Lemuelu scored a try, set one up, got a linebreak, a linebreak assist and ran for 159 metres, while also making 15 tackles with three misses in the Devils’ win over Western Clydesdales.

CQ Capras’ Jesse Jennings lined up in the second row along with veteran NRL veteran Kenny Bromwich, but ended up being the more dangerous player. The 24-year-old scored two tries, got two linebreak, ran 120 metres and made 34 tackles with three misses in his side’s win.

Anyone know what's going on with Milf? Is he still on the books for the Dolphins? Regressed still further this year and is now not even considered for NRL?
