This is the first message. The forum went online on February 9th, 2023. That was after 3 days pulling my hair out trying to figure out why the software wouldn't install. Turned out it was because I had to input https rather than http.

I was just thinking. I might redo the logo and then of you could change the white header to red, I think it would look much better. What do you think?

I've had two people contact me regarding the overzealous "Alerts". I don't think there is any way to change the defaults but you can click on your own profile at the top, between "MEMBERS" and the mail symbol, and then click preferences. Then you will see, "Receive a notification when someone...". Then choose when you want to get alerts.

Yeah, people can pretty much turn all notifications off if they like.

Also, just searching google for other dolphins related forums and came across the below which looks very similar to this one. Is this affiliated with anyone here? Might need to take it down to avoid any confusion etc.

I didn't even realise I had indexed that! It was a free hosting account I used to get used to the software and make the style I wanted. The plan was to just upload that style on a proper account and continue on but that didn't work out. I deactivated it now.

On the topic, if anyone is interested, I was really annoyed by the mobile site. It didn't fit perfectly. I believe now it fits perfectly but some of the colors aren't great for usability. Like pink with a red background and things like that. Now the most important thing in my view is fixed, the way the site works, I can fix the colors in the next few days.

Any suggestions are certainly appreciated.

Seems pretty good now. At least on the PC. Have only had a quick look at the phone version recently but you were right about that annoying misalignment that did affect the phone version. It's gone now on my phone. Using Chrome or Firefox.

If you mainly use Firefox, as I do and it's not changing you will need to go to Settings > History > Clear recent history > select Everything from the drop down menu and then deselect "Browsing and download history", "Active logins" and "Form and search history". So only Cookies and Cache are selected.

Otherwise your passwords stored by Firefox will all be erased along with all your history.
