    Have to say Ivan Cleary is the benchmark. Then Bellamy then Bennett. Those 3 are way ahead right now but Webster at the Warriors looks like the real deal. Too soon to say for Foran. As for Woolf, he's good but not among the best.

    I thought both Cowboys try were suspect. The first 50-50. The second was a farce. But shortly before their first, we were on attack and Bostock was very obviously hit in the head by the shoulder with force and nothing resulted from it.

    Dolphins by 10 FTS - Isaako MOTH - Isaako Picking a winger for MOTM is very rare but he's been so good so far this year. Deserves some more accolades if he keeps playing the way he is.

    I must admit, I'm at a loss to anyone who thought Tom Gilbert and Flegler wouldn't make it due to the new rules. Did anyone know about the new rules until the season started? I had doubts after such long injury lay offs for both. Never wrote them off but didn't think Tom Gilbert in particular...

    It will be a big mistake to write off the Cowboys. Even without Dearden they have a lot of attacking firepower. But if we play near our potential, we should win easily. But come finals, if they make it, with Dearden and Nanai added to that team, they'll be very hard to beat.

    He's an excellent depth player. We are lucky to have him for a bit longer. I guess for the rest of his career.
