After the Jack De Belin farce, I think the bans would have stood up in court. It would have had to go to a higher court which would have taken years and which would have cost the players suing truck loads of money.

    Promising Juniors

I think Warriors are also not concerned with poaching talent from QLD at all. They are only concerned with keeping as much local talent as possible. I saw an article in the Courier Mail the other day demonstrating how league is growing extremely rapidly at the expense of union in NZ.

Haas is the best prop in the comp easily. The fact he is on similar money to Tino suggests to me the new Gold Coast has coach has said to Tino something to the end of, "We are not going to pay you anything to play elsewhere but if you find a deal elsewhere, please take it."

    Recruitment and retention

I think Tino is overrated. He's on about the same money as Haas. Either Haas is dramatically underpaid or Tino is dramatically overpaid. Or a combination of the two is most likely.

    Why The Dolphins?

I see. I didn't know he played hooker that game. Anyway, I think he's a way off SOO right now but if he starts next season well and makes that 14 his own, it might be on the cards by the time SOO teams are selected.

    Why The Dolphins?

Not sure about Origin selection. I rate him but he's not a good hooker. If he were selected for Origin he'd need to be a utility who can play hooker. Maybe if Woolf has him training in that role in the off season, he'll be much better as a hooker.

    Why The Dolphins?

I was a Broncos fan. Not from Redcliffe but nearby. Was happy to jump ship and don't regret it.

Really? I don't think so but for Google for example, you have to tell it not to track you. By default they will track you.

Instagram is owned by Facebook. Though it's better. It doesn't track not only your online behavior but track you physically using your phone.

Isaako probably won't get an offer. Bostock and Naufahu as the long-term wingers. Assuming Cobbo goes to Perth as expected. If Cobbo stays........ I don't know. There is also Nonu.

Not my business but wouldn't it be an idea for one or both of you two to block the other. How did you two come to hate each other so much?

Ok. Well as far as backup halfbacks go, I thought he was one of the best.

Why would SOS be an issue for the Dogs? He's a backup. Which team has a really good backup halfback?

Dolphins couldn't get any big names. Not even Brandon Smith. A couple of years later we'd offer him maybe 40% of what we did then. Anyway, SOS was only ever a reserve grader. Wayne squeezed a few good games out of him.
