Round 9 vs Melbourne Storm

Melbourne will be fired up due to their position on the table and news over the last week. But the bottom line is, with Cam Munster's form in free-fall, we have a better team on paper. There is no excuse for not winning!

It's bizarre that we are facing the Melbourne Storm and listed as healthy favourites. Even more bizarre is that the Dolphins have won only two games and are still favoured v the defending grand finalists. That shows us how far this great franchise has fallen. Whereas, the Dolphins were tipped to coast into the playoffs in '26. But, with every passing week, this gets further from reality.

These two teams have collectively lost ten games straight and both are desperate for a W. Donga and Bostock are big additions. The loss of Hughes is a body blow for them. On paper, the Dolphins look much stronger and should scrape out a victory tonight. They simply have to, or you can forget about post season play.

I didn't realise Melbourne's fullback was so small! Not only short but somewhat slightly built.

Something is seriously wrong. Even with all tackles in their 20, never really looked like scoring. Anyway, came back from 18 down vs Penrith. Can do it 10 down vs Melbourne.
