I had a look at the outside 3 defenders stats
RIGHT: Isaako 6-1-0, Feagai 8-2-0, Katoa 15-7-2
LEFT: Averillo 3-0-2, Farnworth 13-0-3, Nikorima 11-1-0 (38min)
Dongohoe was 31-2-4 playing lock & 5/8 I can't see 1st half v 2nd half for Donoghoe to get a lock v 5/8 comparison.

Souths on their dangerous left edge more aimed at Katoa and on the right didn't get to Averillo.

Katoa topped the missed tackles with 7 followed by Stone & Finefeuaki with 4, Hammer with 3.

Donoghoe topped the most ineffective tackles with 4 followed by Farnworth with 3.

Watch the highlights again and just watch how foolish Katoa makes Campbell Graham look in defence. Graham is often viewed as the second best defensive centre in the game and Katoa makes him look very average. The tries by Nikorima, Averillo and Hammer's 2nd.

His d has been rubbish this year lachlan not this year is huge part of why tgere sides shit he brought tbe best in a few out. He was one yes his d is good but no where near how good it had looks way under pressure

You hear Cronk say in comms. Time to shine Galvin. In the dying stages. He looks pedestrian in that team.

He looks like he is a small fish gone from a small pond to a big pond. I've seen it in soccer. Problem is it stunts development when this happens.

Galvin and his team may think they have played a blinder moving to the dogs. Confidence is king with development, not the coach at times. He should have stayed developing in the small pond.

I could be wrong. Time will tell

yeah he just needs the confidence be intresting with sexton going how much help gets next season , i think if right people work with him he be fine

Bulldogs don't come across as a development club.

Take Sexton. He wasn't good enough, despite taking them to the top of the comp early.

Did they try make him better? No. They got rid.

Galvin's development and time for development will be very little, as the Bulldogs believe they are in a win now phase.

If they don't win, and he doesn't show more, he will just be another number. As pressure mounts.

If he was smart enough, he would have stayed to develop in a small pond. He now needs to play beyond his ability or be another never was that heads to the English league.

He shouldnt be allowed to abuse the conflict of interest. The australian coach cant have an nrl job, why can an nrl coach have a media job?

Imagine playing for a club, knowing that you could be punted at any second, that you could even lead them to first place halfway through and still get punted. Great leadership instilling that culture.

I wonder who will get punted when they don't make the top 4? Trent Barrett is no longer there, to be assured he was safe, then to be punted like a fool not longer after.
