I wonder if the club is interested in Cobbo. It looks like he really does need to drop a few kgs in order to be a good fullback and probably wants too much money for a winger.
Woolf is a coach who can get the most out of him.

Good. No point coasting along on pure talent you have to actually work at it and i'm afraid i think he is lazy
You could be right.

I thought it may have been the coaching or the dressing room atmosphere.

I held the opinion that maybe a different coach or different leadership playing group, may have lifted him to different levels.

However, after hearing what he wants pay wise, it might be too bigger risk.

At Fullback, there is no doubt there is a player in that body.

However, like Latrell, if he got fully fit, he would crush it. Latrell, could easily go to another level if he was fit as fuck.

Mitchell, Cobbo and Fifita are 3 of the 4 most naturally talented players in the game today all so lazy when they feel like player they win games on their own. The other is Burton who is very fit just doesn't realise how powerful of a runner he is with his size, speed and footwork but is obsessed with his long & high kicking game.

It would be a huge bonus if he were able to play NRL this year. The door is open for him if he's good enough though it's very hard for props his age. Very few props break into the NRL at his age. Most props don't make it until 22~24.
Chris Chris posted here rather than the NRLQ section as it's now more about other players not in the NRLQ squad.

First of all Elijah Rasmussen who we were talking about originally his selection in the NRLQ team for this weekend finally proves I was right in that he's 20 this year, he was 19 last year as he played Meninga Cup and the profile of him on other pages is another Rasmussen.

I got a big wrap on Rasmussen he's very young and very raw he'll come through.

Did you see Zac Garton, Jac Finigan and Kilarney Lavender in the U19 origin game the other night? All three got potential Garton can cover edge and middle and Lavender dominated the Meninga Cup grand final earlier this year.

Josh Allen right now is in the 22-24 age range and he's getting better every game with Redcliffe. He would be absolute worthy right now to be played onto a 12 month train & trial deal or a development contract where he can train full time rather than part time in the evening as he's currently doing with Redcliffe. Allen in the trial game showed so much raw promise and he's currently more advanced in his game than Jackson, Rasmussen and Symonds who are all around 20-21. One of the big reasons for Redcliffe's good run of form lately has been Allen really growing and developing into his role after such a stop start stop & more stop beginning to the season due to a two match suspension carry over from last year (allowed to play in trials) on top of the wash out round, bye and a weekend off.

Train & Trial contracts don't come off your salary cap or your football department budget aside from NRL match payments and if they end up exceeding 3 NRL games. Props are very hard to find and you need massive depth in that position so stock piling a lot of backup players with Redcliffe, Norths and Capras on glorified train & trial deals is very good.
